SBSL has Six licensed slipways. One is a mechanical slipway of size 70m x 15m having 4 track rails, capable of hauling up vessels up to 800 Tons DWT. In the other slipways we are hauling up vessels of size 70m x 20m by conventional method using Air bags, Wooden Sleepers, Steel Rollers, Capstan etc.
